The Donegal And Donegal Loft

The Donegal is one of those floor plans I keep coming back to because it really hits the sweet spot. It is not too small and not too big.

The loft version I toured was 2,337 square feet with 2 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 2-car garage. Downstairs, you get an office, a larger guest room, a big kitchen with a large island, open living space, and the primary suite. Upstairs, the loft adds another bedroom, full bath, and extra living area.

If you have grandkids, family visits, or just want some overflow space without buying a giant home, this layout works really well.

The Ibiza came in at 2,002 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. What stands out here is the layout. The formal dining area, big living room, large kitchen, and slider out to the porch make it feel very open and very social.

I also liked the garage setup here because it included room for a golf cart plus walk-up attic storage, which is a luxury if you are downsizing but still need seasonal or overflow storage.

The Marseille Loft

The Marseille Loft is for the buyer who wants more room and does not mind getting close to 3,000 square feet. The home I toured was 2,959 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 2-car garage.

This one had a side-load garage, a wide front porch, large living spaces, and a loft area designed perfectly for visiting family. If you are downsizing from a much larger house, this is the kind of floor plan that helps ease the transition.

The Mont Blanc

The Mont Blanc is one of my favorites because of its layout. It is 2,444 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and it just feels smart.

You get a large guest room, bright finishes, huge pantry space, good laundry room design, and a massive primary suite with a giant closet and a direct door to the screened porch.

If you like one-story living and you want room to spread out without dealing with stairs, this is a strong choice.

The Killarney II Loft checked in at 2,745 square feet. This plan stood out for its formal dining space, office with built-ins, beautiful kitchen, tall ceilings, and a very grand-feeling primary suite.

This was one of those homes that felt upscale right away. The covered back porch, large island, upgraded appliances, and loft flexibility all made a strong impression.

One note worth knowing: some model homes include design details or ceiling heights that may not be part of the current standard offering anymore. That does not mean you cannot get a similar feel, but it is important to ask what is current and what has changed.
